OSUIT Sponsors "College Financial Aid Awareness Month"

Have you ever wanted to go to college but thought you couldn’t afford it? It is possible to attend college if you know about the many opportunities for financial aid that are available. Representatives at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology are available to help you apply for scholarships, loans, grants and other financial aid so that you can make your dream come true and earn a college degree.

February is “College Financial Aid Awareness Month” at OSUIT, and representatives of the Student Financial Services office are available on campus in the Grady Clack Admissions Center from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. They will assist you with completing your 2012-2013 FAFSA forms (you must bring yours and your parents’ 2011 Federal Taxes form) and help you apply for scholarships, loans and grants. In order to have the best chance for a scholarship, you must apply as soon as possible.

For more information, call Jason Marrujo in the Student Financial Services office at OSUIT at 918-293-5288 or 1-800-722-4471 or email him at jason.marrujo@okstate.edu. Information also is available online at www.osuit.edu.
