Ina Agnew is the Vice President for Enrollment Management where she supervises the Registrar’s Office, Admissions, Financial Aid, Assessment Center, Recruitment and Special Events. Agnew received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Human Services from Murray State University, Murray, KY. She is currently a doctoral student at Oklahoma State University. |

Bill Path President/Provost OSU Institute of Technology President’s Office
Dr. Bill R. Path is president and provost of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. Dr. Bill Path began as president of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in November, after having served as president of Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska since 2001. Under his guidance, Nebraska’s Northeast Community College expanded facilities and curriculum, enhanced student services and strengthened community outreach. Path previously served as vice president for academic and student affairs at Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado, and as vice president of student services at Northeast Community College. He also held positions at NorthWest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville, Arkansas; at Kingwood College in Kingwood, Texas; and at North Harris County College in Houston, Texas. Dr. Path received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, a Master of Science degree in educational psychology counseling from Texas A&M University in College Station, and a Doctor of Education degree in higher education administration from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He is also the author of a motivational/metaphysics book titled “Moments of Forever: Discovering the True Power and Importance of Your Life.” |

Linda Avant Executive Vice President OSU Institute of Technology Academic Affairs
Dr. Linda Avant serves as the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology where she takes responsibility for assuring the integrity of the academic programs, degrees and services, and takes the lead on all academic issues, including accreditation, assessment, and service learning. Avant earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Behavioral Sciences from Cameron University in Lawton, OK; a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK; and her Doctor of Education in Occupational and Adult Education with emphasis in Curriculum from Oklahoma State University. Since 1992, Avant has served as a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. |

Deborah McIntyre Vice President OSU Institute of Technology Fiscal Services
Deborah McIntyre is the Vice President for Fiscal Services at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, responsible for Accounting, Bursar Office, Human Resources, Purchasing, Motor Pool and Student Union Services. McIntyre earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi, and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She earned the “Accounting Excellence Award” from the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Association of College and University Business Officers, and the National Association of College and University Business Officers. |

Anita Watkins Vice President OSU Institute of Technology University and External Relations
Anita Gordy-Watkins serves as Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology’s Vice President of University and External Relations. In this role, she is responsible for International and Multicultural Affairs, the Economic Development Training Center, Student Life, Workforce Development, Watchmaking, and the learning site at Pryor’s Mid-America Industrial Park. Recently Watkins was named chair of the Oklahoma Governor’s International Team (OKGIT). Watkins received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Oklahoma State University. |
