Develop a broad understanding of the skills required by industry in the areas of surveying and civil engineering. Students will receive application focused, hands-on training in the use of computerized survey equipment and data collectors. The information gathered with this equipment will be transferred to computer software for use in designing projects such as bridges, new roads, water plants and more.

Earn!

The annual salaries for entry level technicians range from approximately $45,000 to $55,000. Experienced technicians can earn yearly salaries of over $80,000. Paid internships are also a required program component and typically pay between $15 and $20 per hour, so students can begin earning even before graduation.
